All team members want to achieve ideal results from the project specifications.

What should design professionals expect from their spec writer? What should the spec writer expect from the design professional? Whether you believe specifications are a "necessary evil," or you already know what a lifesaver good specs can be during construction, this presentation, by an architect working as a specifications consultant, will show how some time spent with the spec writer during design can really pay off during construction.

Join us on March 9th to learn more about specifications and why they're crucially important to design professionals during construction. Attendees will:

  • Recognize how familiarity with the specifications can save the design  professional time (and profit) during construction.
  • Describe the basic functions of Division 01 of the specifications.
  • Explain why spec writers ask the questions they ask the design professional during design.
  • Identify crucial information to send to the spec writer, even when the spec writer has no way of knowing to ask for it.

Space is limited to the first 30 people.  Register Today!
